SubscribeA great week of hockey played in the state last week. This week we feature a goalie and two skaters as the top performances of the week. Let’s get right into the 3 stars of the week!
1. Jack Wieneke | Senior | 6’1, 165 lb Goalie | Maple Grove High School
Jack Wieneke has been having an outstanding senior year- he is 8-0 and has a very good 1.44 goals-against average. This past week he shut a very offensive potent Andover team to just 1 goal on 28 shots. That performance alone is worthy of the number one spot in the players of the week. Wieneke is a player to watch in Maple Grove’s hopeful state tourney run- top 5 AA goalie in the state.
