#20 Overall- Josh Giuliani Josh Giuliani 6'1" | Forward Maple Grove | 2022 State MN | Maple Grove | 6’1 Forward
Last year, Josh was ranked around the 60 range. He was pretty underrated for sure- now he finds himself taking a big jump up to number 20. The main reason for that is the end of the season he had last year, and then how well he did in the elite league. In his junior season, Josh had 10 goals and 21 assists for 31 points in just 23 games- that is reason number one of him jumping so high. Giuliani continued his high level of play this fall in the High School Elite League. In the regular season, he finished number four in total points. Giuliani had 11 goals and 19 assists for 30 points in just 20 games in the Elite League. He is off to a pretty good start his senior year as he has 12 points in 9 games. Giuliani is a very unselfish playmaker that can also score at will. This is a player that has a ceiling of D1 and a floor of juniors.
#34 Overall- Easton Young | Grand Rapids | 5’11 Defenseman
Last year Prep Hockey had Easton Young near the bottom of our rankings at around 70. Easton is having a huge breakout season this year, as he has 21 points in 13 games. A very solid start to the season for Easton has propelled him into our top 35 overall players. Easton Young also had a solid offseason in the high school elite league- having 11 points in 16 games. Easton Young is ranked as our 11th best defender, he has really improved his stock with the season he had this year. Easton is a very intriguing hockey prospect- he will likely be at the next level.
#36 Overall- Nick Blood Nick Blood 6'2" | Forward Holy Family | 2022 State MN | Holy Family | 6’2 Forward
Nick Blood Nick Blood 6'2" | Forward Holy Family | 2022 State MN was ranked around number 70 in last years rankings. This year he takes a huge leap up to number 36 overall. While Blood had a fantastic sophomore year, totaling 31 points in 25 games- he cooled off a bit in his junior season. Blood had 17 points (7 goals, 10 assists) in 17 games played- still solid, but not the level he was at in his sophomore year. Blood is a stock riser because he is really producing currently in his senior year. Currently, in 15 games played Blood has 10 goals and 11 assists for 21 points. Blood is averaging 1.4 points per game, and that is a big reason for his jump back up in the rankings. This is a player to keep your eyes on for the rest of the season.
#73 Overall- Jack Fuller Jack Fuller 5'11" | Goalie Centennial | 2022 State MN | Centennial | 5’11 Goalie
Fuller has had a huge breakout season this year, which has led him to be added to our rankings. Last year he was unranked as he wasn’t the starting goalie for Centennial. What he is doing this season has led him to be a top stock riser in the state. This year, Fuller currently has the number 11 save percentage in the state with a save percentage of .930. Fuller also has an even better goals-against average with the number 8 in the state right now out of all the goalies. He has a very solid GAA of 1.73 currently. Fuller currently is 9-2-0 on the year and has four shutouts. One big shutout for Fuller is when he shut out the very talented Eastview team while facing 14 shots on the net.
